It is necessary to sign up for Product Registration in order to obtain the Lifetime Guarantee, if you do need a repair you would have to pay to get the repairs done. Most Digital Pianos or Keyboards do need a repair if they have been placed against a wall, please make sure when switched on to have the Keyboard/Digital Piano is never against the wall. If you explain this or when you have been asked to arrange repairs without Product Registration we can arrange a technician to look at your Keyboard/Digital Piano for free. It may incur a reasonable servicing fee to be repaired or we can simply replace for you.
